The name for the program has been chosen to describe
how leaders, executives, managers and supervisors, can
make the shifts necessary to ignite their people to achieve
more for themselves and their organization. Further, it
is specifically designed to help leaders integrate coaching
practices as a strategic focus in growing and changing
organizations.
Leading with Flare is not yet another package of leadership
training. It is a coaching program which directly addresses
the individual issues, concerns and opportunities of the
leader participants. Through 1:1 Coaching
and Group Coaching each leader is partnered
on their particular path of development.
